
** Send-In Service is a service offered by Flat Ribbon so that customers from all over can send in their damaged electronics for repair. Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost to get the device to Flat Ribbon. Flat Ribbon will cover the cost to send the device back to the customer. Once your Send-In Service form has been submitted, a staff member at Flat Ribbon will reach out to discuss the repair and obtain further approval to go forward with the repair. An invoice will be sent after that initial contact. Invoice must be paid before any repairs may commence.
** When doing repairs, we may use new, used, or refurbished parts in order to complete the job. All parts are tested to ensure they are in working order.
