Diagnostic Process Information

** Consumer Consultation (In-Person) — 1 hour in-person diagnostic consultation where we will either meet you at your place of residence, or if the device is mobile, we can meet in a public setting. Repair fees will be discussed once the issue has been discovered.

** Business Consultation (In-Person) — 2 hour in-person diagnostic consultation where we will come to your place of business and run diagnostics to find the origin of the issue. Repair fees will be discussed once the issue has been discovered.

** Consultation Confirmation — When you schedule a consultation, a technician will reach out to confirm your appointment, 24 – 48 hours before your scheduled consult. You can always contact us to make sure your appointment was scheduled, just in case you want confirmation sooner.

** Consultation Fee — We no longer charge for in-person diagnostics.

** Please note, signing of Flat Ribbons Diagnostic Agreement (if applicable), will be due at time of consultation. Agreement must be signed before a tech can touch your devices.

** In-Person diagnostics are displayed with expected time variables.
