What is Flat Ribbon Protect?

Flat Ribbon Protect is a protection plan offered by Flat Ribbon. Unlike other protection plans, your devices will be repaired in-house, no shipping, no long wait times.

With Flat Ribbon Protect you can expect repairs to be finished in Hours, or Days. Not Weeks, or Months.

Like every other service we offer, our neighbors here in Eastern Kentucky are top priority, so we make the whole process easy and affordable for you. When a claim is submitted, you can rely on us to pick up your device, repair it, and return it to you as quickly as possible.


Current Plans

– Protect Basic –

$5 /Month — $20 /Deductible

One Device

(Smartphone, Computer or Tablet)

** Transferable to a new device 1x a year **

Two repairs a year, spaced no less than four months apart.

– Protect Plus –

$10 /Month — $25 /Deductible

Two Devices

(Smartphone, Computer or Tablet)

** Transferable to a new device 1x a year **

Three repairs a year, spaced no less than two months apart.

FAQ

How do I enroll in one of the Flat Ribbon protection plans?

We’re actively working to make it easier to enroll via our website, but as of right now you would have to contact Flat Ribbon to enroll. It’s easy, you’ll receive an email that will allow you to “subscribe” to either Protect Basic or Protect Plus.

Can I cancel without a fee?

Of course! You can cancel anytime, and there are no fees at all! The only thing to keep in mind is that if you cancel and then start your plan back, you would be subject to the one month waiting period before you’re able to have a repair done.

If I enroll in a protection plan, when can I file a claim for a repair?

When you freshly enroll or restart an enrollment for either the Protect Basic or Protect Plus, you must wait one month before you’re able to file a claim for a repair.
